If you are looking to obtain a one off snapshot of your Xero Accounting data follow the instructions here...
1. Visit our website and click on Price/Buy Now...

2. Complete the registration process and follow the onboarding wizard to get your backups started.
3. You will see your organisation appear in the lefthand window under 'New Full Backups' once running. You can check the status as it backs up in the Backup Progress dropdown below.
4. Check the Completed On Date UTC to see once it is completed
