Problem

I have setup my OneDrive cloud profile but my backups are not showing up


Solution

 If the Control C Limited folder isn't showing in the Apps folder in OneDrive, it's possible that their OneDrive environment is managed by IT administrators, and the app (ControlC) hasn't been granted permission yet.

In this case, one of your Microsoft 365 admins would need to approve access for ControlC to integrate with your OneDrive.
